You're probably a Child of the 80's if...
LISTEN TO 80'S MIDI TUNES WHILE YOU CHECK OUT THIS LIST
If your a Child of the Eighties you have probably recieved this list via E-Mail at one time or another. I have recieved it many times, and it always brings back memories. So I have decided to add some multimedia and put it on the web.  I have also added my own observations about the eighties (My additions are have been typed in blue), and removed some of the entries that actually applied to children of the 60's, 70's or 80's, or any time in history. Such as Brady Bunch references. Although I remember them well, they were not ours alone, they came out in the 60's.

Star Wars
* This timeline appropriately describes actual  events in your life:

Not really about the eighties:

* The Brady Bunch Movie brought back really cool memories. (70's or eighties)

* For the girl-crazy bunch:  Your first sexual dream occured to thoughts of Jeannie, Marsha Brady, Samantha from Bewitched, or for those hardcore comic fans out there, Daphne from Scooby Doo, Josie or any one of her Pussycats. (60's - 80's)

* For the boy-crazy bunch:  Your thought Sean Cassidy was "dreamy," lusted after "Ted, your ship's photographer" on the Love Boat, and Chachi. And for the comically interested, thought Fred from Scooby  Doo  was just a hunk. (60's - 80's)

* You're starting to believe (now that it wouldn't affect YOU) that  maybe having the kids go to school year-round wouldn't be such a bad idea afterall. (Im sure this is true of parents throughout history)

* You owned a Trapper Keeper (Still being sold today)

* You remember the days when "safe sex" meant "my parents are gone for the weekend." (Once again, I'm sure this has occured since the begining of time)

* "All-skate, change directions" means anything to you. (After asking my mother, I have discovered that skating rink DJ's said this back in the 50's and 60's, so it isn't an 80's thing. But thanks to the people who told me what it meant in the first place.)
