I'll talk more about the Ben Stein lecture latter. Tonight I want to right about Spam....

I was going through tonights Spam (I get tons of it), and finding the ones that were worth reporting (I am very good a shutting certain types of spammers down), and I started wondering, who the hell falls for this kind of stuff?

Really, who is dumb enough to click through on an email that you never requested, with misspelled words, horrible grammar (even worse then mine), nasty pictures, or nigerian horror stories leading to a unsecure site that doesn't even have a legitimate URL (That's the Http:// in case you didn't know) and plop down their credit card number?

Someone must be doing it. Someone must be dumb enough to think... looks good to me.

If you did not request the email, don't respond to it.

I get 50-100 emails for Rolex replicas, porn sites, Viagra (spelled Viagr4 to avoid the spam blockers), nigerian money scams and more. Someone has to be answering these things.

I have won the friggin world lottery about a million times. What are the odds of that happening? Since there is no world lottery, I'd say pretty damn bad.

So please, if you get an email you didn't request from someone you didn't know, even if it's for a free 10 day stay in florida or for really nasty freaky porn, don't answer it.

If you do need something you see in a spam, go to Google, type in the word and find a legitimate place to get it.

If you do answer a spam email and get ripped off, please don't report it. Your too stupid to have money anyway!
